Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using CleanBahrain's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services Provided
CleanBahrain provides professional cleaning services including:
- Residential home cleaning
- Office and commercial cleaning
- Deep cleaning services
- Ozone odor removal treatments
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard cleaning practices.
Booking and Scheduling
Making a Booking
Bookings can be made via:

- Phone call to +973 3367 7597
Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed by CleanBahrain. We will provide a confirmation of your appointment date, time, and estimated duration.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service fee
- We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Pricing and Payment
Current Pricing
- Promotional Rate: 2 BD per hour (limited time offer)
- Ozone Treatment: 5 BD per session
- Loyalty Program: First hour of 7th clean FREE after 6 completed services
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on arrival
- Benefit transfer
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- Prices are quoted in Bahraini Dinars (BD)
- All prices are subject to change with notice
- Promotional rates are valid for the specified period only
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide access to the property at the scheduled time
- Ensure the property is secure and safe for our staff
- Provide necessary cleaning equipment and supplies (we use your equipment)
- Inform us of any special requirements or concerns before the service
- Remove or secure valuable or fragile items
- Ensure pets are secured during the service
- Provide accurate contact information

- Arrive on time for all scheduled appointments
- Provide professional and courteous service
- Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Follow established safety protocols
- Respect your property and privacy
- Deliver high-quality cleaning results
- Address any concerns promptly
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any issues at no additional charge, subject to our assessment.
Limitation of Liability
Property Damage
While we take every precaution to prevent damage, CleanBahrain is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Damage to items not properly secured by the client
- Damage resulting from defective cleaning equipment provided by the client
- Damage to items not disclosed to our staff before service
Insurance
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, we will work with you to resolve the matter fairly.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Safety and Health
- Our staff follows strict safety protocols and wears appropriate PPE
- We use your cleaning equipment to ensure zero contamination
- If you or anyone in your household is ill, please notify us before service
- We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe
Service Areas
We currently service Manama, Juffair, and surrounding areas in Bahrain. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CleanBahrain and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
